Collect and process leads automatically

With Raising IT

Raising IT, a website platform for charities, had just implemented a webinar funnel to sell a newly released entry-level service offering.

However, the sales team was over-run with admin tasks as a result of several platforms not talking to each other, which was detracting from higher-value tasks (like getting on the phones). For example, new lead submission had to be copied into their CRM every time.

Typeform was used to collect leads from the website, and GoToWebinar was used to educate those leads, but neither platform integrated with Pipedrive.

By using a combination of tools (Zapier for connecting the different systems, and Pipedrive’s own built-in automation to send emails), I automated the manual steps in the funnel.

The client stressed that there was nothing worse than a lead having a negative experience due to automation (e.g. receiving an incorrect email), so I worked with them to test and go-live on each step before moving to the next.

As a result of this project, the sales team experienced a 75% reduction in admin related to the webinar funnel - giving them more time to get back on the phones, the most valuable thing they could be doing.

“After working with Jacob, we’ve reduced admin time by around 75% for our webinar funnel. With this extra time, we have enabled our sales team to get back on the phones - that’s the most valuable thing they can be doing.”
