As an ActiveCampaign-certified partner with my own small team, I like to think of myself as the perfect middle-ground between a freelancer and an agency.

All of your strategy is handled by me (Jacob Monash), and we will have regular check-ins to update on progress and devise next steps.

All implementation, support and troubleshooting is done either by me, or by my team and then reviewed by me, which enables us to work quickly at a more affordable price.

For the 1st month, we’re primarily focused on auditing your account, making easy fixes, and setting up a plan of prioritized deliverables for the coming months.

From the 2nd month onwards, we’ll be working on anything involving ActiveCampaign (see our Services for more info).

Here’s what a typical client might be delivered in a month on our basic subscription:

• We set up a Welcome Series automation with content the client provides

• We set up a Zapier recipe to add webinar registration contacts to ActiveCampaign

• We set up a segment and schedule a targeted campaign based on provided content

• We answer questions from the client team to help run specific campaigns

• We check in with the client team for new and upcoming marketing initiatives

• We run an email revenue attribution report

• We proof upcoming campaigns (e.g. to double-check links)

• We monitor email deliverability

• We run a signup check to make sure their website form and welcome series is working correctly

At the next tier(s) of subscription, clients can expect more from us in terms of larger projects, data integrations, new features, in-depth optimization strategy, and more.

• Outbound/cold email marketing

• Other marketing channels such as ads or social media - though we can connect those channels into ActiveCampaign to create a complete marketing funnel / customer journey.

• Email copywriting/content - we don’t offer it ourselves, but we’re happy to find a contractor to help

And if you’re already using another platform, we’re skilled at migrating you over to ActiveCampaign without any interruptions to your sending schedule.

We believe AI is helpful for summarizing, editing and some data analysis.

But we also believe that email marketing is complex, with every client presenting a unique audience that deserves a personal touch.

That means we never use AI for any communication with you, or to choose the strategy and advice we provide.

And if we do use AI to help us with implementation or analysis, we always test and review thoroughly in case it makes a mistake.
